Returns & Refunds
CUHSTOMZ accepts return requests for products that arrive damaged, are defective, or differ from the item or option ordered. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges for customer-selected sizes, colors, designs, or bulb types. This includes standard and custom products, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
Contact infinitewraps.sales@gmail.com promptly after discovering a problem. Include your order number, a description, and clear photos of the item and packaging if available. Keep the item and packaging while we review your request. Do not install or continue using an item that appears defective.
After reviewing the issue, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. We cover necessary return shipping for confirmed product defects, shipping damage, or items we sent incorrectly. There is no restocking fee for these approved claims.
Return instructions
Contact us before sending anything back. We will provide the correct return destination and, when required, a prepaid shipping label. Products may ship from different fulfillment partners, so do not return an item to the address on the package without our instructions.
Product selection and installation
Please check apparel sizing, decal dimensions, and vehicle bulb fitment before ordering. Damage caused by improper installation, modification, misuse, or normal wear is not a product defect. A confirmed manufacturing defect is not automatically excluded simply because the product has been opened or installed.
Refunds and cancellations
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. We will confirm the refund by email; your payment provider may take additional time to post it. Refunds for affected products include applicable tax and shipping charges attributable to those products when the problem is ours or the product arrived damaged or defective.
Contact us immediately to request an order change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes once production or fulfillment has begun. Cancellation and refund rights for shipment delays remain available as described in our Shipping Policy. This policy does not limit rights or warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
